Intentional Community
Experience the rejuvenation that comes from Kindred Way’s intentional community gatherings. From group meet-ups and recreational outings to wellness retreats, our events are designed to foster connections beyond the workplace, creating space for self-care and reconnection. These activities strengthen bonds, reduce burnout, and help to rediscover the joy in work and life.

Organizational Training/Workshops
Our founder and core internal advising team comprised of physicians, nurses, educators, ,mental health professionals and chaplains partner with teams, staff and leaders to implement trauma-informed systems in the helping sectors. Our workshops and consultations address the need for preventative and sustainable resources, enhancing work-place culture to prioritize the wellness of helpers.
