Our Vision is Bold.
“Knowledge is power, and knowledge should be shared. The Kindred Way was founded on a “for us, by us” mentality—because true healing happens in community, through connection, and with those who understand.”
For Helpers, By Helpers.
“This is not just coaching—it’s a guided journey toward clarity, empowerment, and meaningful change.”
After 18 years of traditional professional clinical practice in community-based behavioral health, addiction treatment, clinical management, and executive leadership roles I am re-committing and redirecting my passion and experience to build a meaningful resource and community, for this in helping, leading, care-taking, first-responder and educator roles.
At Kindred Way, we know the unique experience of navigating vicarious exposure, compassion fatigue, personal growth postponement, decision paralysis and post-COVID burnout within the professional helping culture.
Whether you’re seeking short term support for yourself, wellness programming and workshops for your organization, intervention support for those in professional helping roles, or want to pursue long-term goals through holistic coaching- I am here to walk with you on the Kindred Way.
Why & How My Approach is Different
I believe healing should be accessible, decolonized, and individualized. I do not participate in insurance networks because I refuse to let systems dictate who gets support and how they receive it. Healing is not a privilege—it is a birthright.
I am not a licensed professional by choice. I will not serve my community through a lens that upholds systemic gatekeeping or limits access to de-stigmatized, pro-social, person-centered support. My work is rooted in lived experience—not just theory.
I am not a radical, nor am I a “textbook” clinician. I have lived the realities of the mental healthcare system from both sides—as a child growing up with limited access to care, as a patient navigating a system that often fails those who need it most, and as a professional who experienced moral injury, systemic burnout, and the isolating fallout of limited resources for those in caretaking roles.
Knowledge is power, and knowledge should be shared. The Kindred Way was founded on a “for us, by us” mentality—because true healing happens in community, through connection, and with those who understand.
Compassionate. Mindful. Transformative.
