Concierge Professional Peer Support & Coaching
Why & How My Approach is Different
I believe healing should be accessible, decolonized, and individualized. I do not participate in insurance networks because I refuse to let systems dictate who gets support and how they receive it. Healing is not a privilege—it is a birthright.
I am not a licensed professional by choice. I will not serve my community through a lens that upholds systemic gatekeeping or limits access to de-stigmatized, pro-social, person-centered support. My work is rooted in lived experience—not just theory.
I am not a radical, nor am I a “textbook” clinician. I have lived the realities of the mental healthcare system from both sides—as a child growing up with limited access to care, as a patient navigating a system that often fails those who need it most, and as a professional who experienced moral injury, systemic burnout, and the isolating fallout of limited resources for those in caretaking roles.
Knowledge is power, and knowledge should be shared. The Kindred Way was founded on a “for us, by us” mentality—because true healing happens in community, through connection, and with those who understand.
“This is not just coaching—it’s a guided journey toward clarity, empowerment, and meaningful change.”
After 18 years of traditional professional clinical practice in community-based behavioral health, addiction treatment, clinical management, and executive leadership roles I am re-committing and redirecting my passion and experience exclusively to supporting societal helpers, healers, educators and heroes.
For years, I dedicated my skills to systems designed to care for people. But what I saw, time and time again, was that those same systems created more barriers… especially for the very people holding them together.
Helpers. Teachers. Nurses. Therapists. First responders. Doctors. Chaplains. Social workers.
I’ve been one of those helpers. And I’ve been a helper in need. I know what it feels like to look for support and instead find red tape, insurance battles, and the risk of being seen as ‘unfit.’
That’s why I created the new Kindred Way.
This isn’t therapy in a chair. It’s not about diagnosis or insurance forms. It’s concierge social-emotional support—discreet, anonymous, and on your terms.
I meet you where you are. In your space. Focused on your goals, your present needs, and nothing else.
Simple. Human.
Help for helpers, by helpers.
Because you show up for everyone else. It’s time someone shows up for you.
